Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of the HAMAH Education website (hamaheducation.sa) and learning platform (learn.hamaheducation.sa), together the “Platform”. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

An account requires a valid email address, which must be verified before access is granted.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell, transfer or allow others to use your account or your access to purchased courses.
You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that are shared, duplicated, or created with false details.

3. What we sell

We sell access to digital educational courses. Course descriptions, content and prices are shown on the Platform. Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

Unless stated otherwise on the course page, purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access that course for your own study for as long as we make it available.

4. Purchases and payment

The price charged is the price calculated by our servers for the course at the moment of checkout. It is shown to you before you confirm payment.
Payments are processed by Moyasar, a payment institution licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Your card details are entered on Moyasar’s secure hosted page and are never received or stored by us.
Access is granted immediately once the payment is confirmed. A receipt is emailed to the address on your account.
Where value added tax applies, it is shown separately at checkout and on your receipt.

5. All sales are final

Courses are digital content delivered immediately, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or a cooling-off period once access has been granted. Please review the course description and price before you purchase.

The limited circumstances in which money is returned, such as a duplicate or incorrect charge or a course we fail to deliver, are set out in our Sales Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

copy, download in bulk, record, republish, resell or redistribute any course content;
share your account credentials or course access with anyone else;
attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the Platform, or interfere with its operation;
use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this section. No money is returned where access is terminated for breach.

7. Course content

Our courses are educational materials produced and reviewed for study purposes. We work to keep them accurate and current, but we do not guarantee any particular academic result, grade, qualification or outcome. Courses are not a substitute for the official curriculum or assessment of any university or institution, and we are not affiliated with any institution unless expressly stated.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, update or improve course content, or withdraw a course from sale. If we permanently remove a course you have already purchased and cannot provide a comparable replacement, contact us and we will make it right.

9. Intellectual property

All course content, text, video, graphics, branding and software on the Platform are owned by HAMAH Education or its licensors and are protected by the copyright laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your purchase grants access, not ownership, and transfers no intellectual property rights.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Communications

Transactional emails, including verification, receipts, and account or security notices, are always sent and cannot be opted out of while you hold an account. Marketing emails are sent only if you subscribe, and every one contains an unsubscribe link.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Platform or any course is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above will change, and material changes will be notified by email or on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase already made.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
